We are looking for volunteers who are able to help make our Christmas Eve service a wonderful, warm and inviting space for our congregation, family and community. There will be a sign up sheet on Sunday morning, or you can email Tracy (tracya@coasthillschurch.com).
We would love to have volunteers to....
- Set up. We will be starting to set up at AJ at 10am. We need volunteers to help set up chairs, hang lights, turn on candles etc. We appreciate any time that you can spare between 10am and 12pm.
- Christmas caroling / greeting. Help welcome people with a warm smile and a Christmas carol! We ask that carolers/greeters be ready for 3:30pm
- Hot chocolate. We will be offering hot chocolate from 3:30pm - 4pm before the service starts. We are looking for a few people that can help serve.
- Clean up. There is no sign up for this, however we do ask that if you are able we would appreciate all help to clean up the service as we need to be out of AJ by 7pm.
